12 Crows Art Collective was started in 2017 by Reed Caldwell and Kathleen Nolte to help combat the decline in affordable artist workspaces in the greater Chattanooga area. Over the years, the collective has expanded to house a dynamic community of artists and organizations dedicated to fostering collaboration and innovation across various creative disciplines. Housed in an expansive 8,000 sq/ft facility located in Rossville, GA, the collective offers a diverse range of spaces, including small studios (200-275 sq/ft) equipped with amenities like gallery access, Wi-Fi, electricity, and water access, as well as a spacious 3,000 sq/ft woodworking shop featuring comprehensive machinery and specialized systems.

Beyond providing workspace, 12 Crows actively engages the community by hosting events like timber-framing classes and live performances, exemplifying its commitment to nurturing creativity and artistic growth.
